STILTON COLSTON BASSETT                                                                                   This is a Pasteurised, Well-marbled texture blue cheese using traditional rennet.


A Pasteurised wensleydale matured longer than the ordinary wensleydale making this cheese mild and creamy with fresh clean flavour and a crumbly/ flaky texture. V



An unpasteurised handmade in the traditional ways then age in the caves to create a rich & tangy cheddar with earthy and nutty flavours.

A soft Pasteurised goat’s cheese rolled in a thin layer of ash which aids maturation and enhances its rich flavour.

A pure white handmade pasteurised cheese with a moist semi farm texture with a mild yet piquant flavour. V



 This is a soft unpasteurised ewes milk cheese with a rich fruity flavour.



Pasteurised, handmade soft blue cheese made with a red curd, soft & creamy with a mellow blue flavour with a hint of pepper. V



Each brown waxed truckle is individually handcrafted with plain Irish porter, brewed by Guinness in their Dublin premises since 1759.




Creamy & smooth with the subtle fresh flavour of real nettles. This mild handmade cheese has a cool, silky texture and a rich, buttery flavour.
