We are delighted to introduce Wedding Receptions at The Plough Inn. We offer a marquee on our private land, for up to 150 people, in a beautiful setting on the banks of the River Derwent and we would like to show you how beautiful it can be. 

We aim to design your day entirely around your wishes, from start to finish. Let our Wedding Coordinator arrange as much or as little as you require, from flowers, chair covers and entertainment to transport and accommodation. Meet with our Head Chef to discuss your menu and wine choices. We can cater for whatever your heart desires. Maybe you would like a hog roast with a tasty keg of traditional cider, a formal meal, magicians, falconers or fireworks. You could arrive by helicopter, car, carriage or even on horseback if you wish. If you are staying with us, we will cater to you in your room and we can provide a hair stylist, makeup artist and a masseuse....and lots of Champagne to calm your nerves!
