Upon reservation we will take a contact telephone number, valid card details and a current email or postal address to which we can send confirmation of your booking. 

We require a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per room. This will be deducted from your bill upon departure.

Cancellation within 48 hours of your arrival will result in a deduction for the cost of your first nights' stay, unless we are able to re-sell your room.
